Responsibilities Key Responsibilities AI & Machine Learning Project Support Support AI and machine learning initiatives focused on quality monitoring and risk prediction. Assist in applying AI techniques such as anomaly detection, classification, and clustering on quality-related datasets. Use AI agents (e.g. LLM-based tools, Copilot) to accelerate data analysis, summarization, and insight generation. Help review and interpret model outputs under guidance from senior engineers. Dashboard & Data Visualization Support Assist in developing AI‑enabled dashboards to visualize key Quality and Customer Metrics (OBE, OBE Downtime, CCAFR). Use AI agents and analytics tools to generate charts, explore data, and summarize trends efficiently. Help deliver clear, user-friendly visual insights that support data-driven decisions and process improvement. Reporting Automation & Process Improvement Support the automation of manual quality reports into streamlined, end-to-end workflows. Use Python, scripting tools, and AI agents to: Extract data Generate reports and visual summaries Reduce repetitive manual work Assist in testing automated reports for accuracy and consistency. Data Analytics & Statistical Monitoring Assist in developing AI0enabled analyzing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities. Apply basic statistical and exploratory data analysis techniques. Support predictive and trend-based analysis with guidance from the project team. Help translate data findings into clear insights and recommendations. Qualifications Qualifications (AI/ML–Focused) Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, AI, or related fields. Strong foundation in Python programming and data analysis. Good understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, including predictive modeling, anomaly detection, and basic model evaluation. Exposure to AI tools or AI agents (LLM-based tools) for data analysis, automation, or insight generation. Familiarity with data visualization and basic statistical analysis. Curious, analytical, and motivated to learn and apply AI for real-world quality and analytics projects. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have / Advantageous) Proficiency with Python-based ML and data libraries (e.g. pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or similar). Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Plotly, Dash, Streamlit). Hands-on exposure to AI/ML use cases, such as: Predictive modeling for quality or performance forecasting Anomaly detection in manufacturing, operational, or process data NLP for automated reporting, feedback analysis, or insight summarization Understanding of model deployment concepts for real-time or near real-time dashboards (conceptual or project-based). Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for dashboard or UI support. Knowledge experience using AI agents or generative AI tools for data analysis, visualization, or automation is a strong plus.
