Develop scalable data and model pipelines leveraging Azure Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Azure ML, Power BI and related technologies, while ensuring performance, security, governance, and lifecycle management. Drive AI/ML and GenAI data product development, leading prototypes through testing, iteration, deployment, monitoring, and retraining, and identifying opportunities to scale solutions across the wider business. Strengthen asset data quality and responsible AI governance by improving data inputs, ensuring high-quality data capture from key systems, and embedding ethical and compliant AI practices. Provide technical leadership and foster innovation by mentoring peers, uplifting AI literacy, scanning emerging technologies, and supporting R&D initiatives that advance AI/ML capability in the utilities and asset management domain.
