At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for an AI/ML developer to join our UniQue team. What will you be doing in this role? Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML solutions in operational environments. Implement NLP, LLM, and classic data science projects using Python. Optimize and maintain AI/ML models for performance, scalability, and reliability. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable AI solutions. Develop and maintain documentation for models, processes, and data pipelines. Defend and explain AI implementations and design choices confidently in technical discussions. What will you be bringing to the team? Master degree in IT or related field and 9 years of professional experience in IT. Strong Python programming skills with hands-on AI/ML experience. Proven experience in building operational AI solutions from data ingestion to deployment. Hands-on experience with Machine Learning, NLP and LLMs. Knowledge of classic data science techniques: regression, classification, clustering, feature engineering. Ability to demonstrate practical AI projects in past roles or portfolios. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver quick wins with AI solutions. Fluent in English, at least at a level B2. Responsibilities
