You will contribute to the design, development and deployment of innovative Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions aimed at improving business processes, data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency. Working within multicultural and multidisciplinary teams, you will help shape next-generation AI solutions leveraging Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Natural Language Processing (NLP) and MLOps practices.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, train and maintain Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence models.
• Build and implement NLP-based solutions and Generative AI applications.
• Deploy and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Develop AI-powered applications and services to support business processes and operational workflows.
• Design, build and optimise machine learning models, classifiers and predictive algorithms.
• Create and maintain AI data pipelines and model deployment environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data rules, governance requirements and data quality standards.
• Implement data quality controls and bias detection mechanisms across datasets and AI models.
• Develop automated anomaly detection and monitoring solutions.
• Process, clean, transform and validate structured and unstructured data.
• Design AI solution architectures and support their implementation with engineering teams.
• Implement MLOps practices covering model lifecycle automation, CI/CD and governance.
• Monitor model performance, identify model drift and support continuous model improvement.
• Develop and expose AI capabilities through REST APIs and scalable services.
• Create technical documentation, reports and presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ensure compliance with AI governance, data protection and regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions for new business challenges.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing within the team.
