Summary
We are seeking a talented AI/ML Engineer (U.S. Citizenship required; must be eligible for a U.S. Government security clearance) with a strong software development background and a minimum of 2 years of coding experience. You will design, build, and deploy scalable AI solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring advanced models into production

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for real-world applications
• Write production-ready code in Python (or other relevant languages)
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing systems
• Implement MLOps practices for scalable model deployment and monitoring
• Document workflows, share insights, and contribute to AI/ML best practices at FEAI

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship (Required)
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related discipline
• 2+ years of hands-on coding experience (Python, Java, or C++)
• Strong foundation in machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras)
• Experience with data analysis, preprocessing, and evaluation metrics
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Solid software engineering practices (Git, testing, CI/CD)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience deploying ML models into production environments (APIs, microservices)
• Knowledge of NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI
• Exposure to big data ecosystems (Spark, Hadoop) and databases (SQL/NoSQL)
• Open-source contributions in AI/ML
