Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As an AI/ML Engineer, you’ll play a hands-on role in solving meaningful problems, driving outcomes, and contributing directly to Solink’s growth. You’ll collaborate across product, customer support and engineering teams and be trusted to take ownership—because we believe great ideas come from everywhere. This is an opportunity for someone who’s energized by challenge, fast learning, and making a real impact.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Design, develop, train and deploy computer vision and machine learning models (VLM & CNN) both in the cloud and at the edge.
  • Ensure that the models are accurate, efficient and predictably evolving through automated MLOps workflows and validation techniques.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define model requirements, based on customer use cases and bring models from research to production.
  • Participate in the full software development life cycle of features that leverage ML - including search, summarization, and insight generation across video and transaction data.
  • Create tools and develop agentic workflows that solve key customer pain points, while ensuring proper guardrails and ease of use.
  • Monitor and optimize ML model performance, scalability, and reliability in real-world high traffic and high data volume environments.
  • Stay on top of the latest research and techniques in computer vision, generative AI, and large language models to continuously improve our technology stack.
