Role Overview TEKHQS is hiring AI/ML Engineering Interns who want strong hands-on exposure in AI/ML development while also gaining practical experience in technical coordination and client-aligned hiring activities. Your core responsibility will be coding and development with the AI/ML engineering team, working on internal projects, experiments, and learning initiatives. When needed, you will coordinate with the Business Development team to support coding test reviews, internal resource interviews, candidate preparation, and client requirements. Candidates with top-notch communication skills and the ability to clearly explain technical concepts will be considered ideal for this role. What You'll Be Doing Work on AI/ML coding and development tasks with the engineering team Support internal AI/ML projects, POCs, and experimentation Assist in reviewing AI/ML coding tests and technical assessments Participate in internal technical screening calls for AI/ML roles Coordinate with senior AI/ML engineers to collect and document feedback Support BD in understanding AI/ML requirements and skill mapping Help prepare internal AI/ML resources for client interviews Maintain clear interview notes, evaluation summaries, and readiness reports What Were Looking For Bachelors degree (or final year) in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field Basic understanding of Machine Learning concepts, Python for AI/ML , NLP, Computer Vision, or Deep Learning (basic level) Familiarity with tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn Strong interest in hands-on AI/ML development Excellent communication skills and confidence in technical discussions Ability to coordinate with technical and non-technical teams Willingness to work onsite in a fast-paced learning environment What You'll Gain Hands-on AI/ML development experience Direct exposure to real AI/ML hiring and technical evaluations Understanding of how AI engineers are prepared for client engagements Mentorship from senior AI, ML, and GenAI professionals Fast-track growth into a full-time AI/ML Associate Engineer role Important Note Candidates with strong communication, clarity in technical explanation, and professional coordination skills will be given preference, as this role involves both development work and cross-team collaboration.
