ABOUT THE JOB AI/ML LEAD

We are building a powerful AI-powered platform for automating complex data migration and cleansing processes for enterprise ERP systems like SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud, and Infor. Our mission is to streamline and intelligently automate traditionally manual and error-prone tasks that slow down enterprise transformation.
We are looking for an AI/ML Lead to take full ownership of the intelligence layer of our platform designing and developing models and features that can automatically detect data quality issues, generate business rules from natural language, and drive intelligent transformation at scale.
This is a hands-on lead role that blends deep technical ML/NLP expertise with product intuition and the speed and agility of a startup. You will play a critical role in shaping our AI architecture and delivering real value to enterprise users.

HARD SKILLS REQUIRED

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, particularly with structured enterprise data.
• Strong Python skills and experience with LangChain, Transformers, and NLP libraries (e.g., Hugging Face, SpaCy).
• Proven ability to build, deploy, and maintain ML models using Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Experience developing production-ready AI services using FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks.
• Solid understanding of data quality, cleansing, profiling techniques, and SQL.
• Familiarity with rule engines is a strong plus.

SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED

• Strong communication and documentation skills; able to explain complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.

• Lead the design and development of AI/ML models for:
• Data profiling and quality scoring
• Duplicate detection and clustering
• Natural language business rule interpretation and transformation
• Build and optimize LLM-based prompts and pipelines that generate SQL/business rules from user input.
• Collaborate with product and backend teams to expose AI functionality through robust APIs and microservices.
• Ensure explainability, scalability, and traceability of model outputs in production environments.
• Design an AI/ML architecture that supports rapid iteration, versioning, and monitoring.
• Work closely with frontend and data migration teams to integrate ML capabilities into user-facing workflows.
