We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking AI & ML (Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning) Lead to join Greenstone’s data analytics department.
In this senior role, you will shape and drive the strategic vision for AI & ML across our organisation. Leading a talented team of data scientists and engineers, you’ll design, develop, and deploy advanced AI & ML solutions that deliver high-impact results across the business.
This role will blend technical expertise with strong leadership, and a passion for AI-driven innovation to enable the business outcome.

• Take ownership and oversee end-to-end development of AI & ML models
• Develop AI & ML roadmaps aligned to business priorities
• Build and maintain standard frameworks and governance processes, ensure AI solutions are scalable, explainable, and compliant
• Lead and develop a high-performing AI & ML team, fostering innovation and continuous learning

What are we looking for?

• Master’s or PhD in data science (AI/ML Preferred), statistics, computer science
• Proven track record of delivering AI & ML solutions within Financial Services or regulated industries
• A strong passion for research and data analysis
• Proficiency in Python/R, SQL
• Proficiency in machine learning and statistical modelling
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• GenAI and NLP experience are highly regarded
• Databricks experience is highly regarded
