Description

We’re looking for AI Research Engineer with a strong foundation in machine learning and artificial intelligence, building and evaluating models. Driven by curiosity and a passion for innovation, delving deeply into cutting-edge research, and rigorously analysing academic literature and technical papers. Responsibilities: Design and develop novel AI models and ML algorithms. Focusing on state-of-the-art AI research and literature Benchmarking current solutions and defining the baseline of models/processes Leading projects with an impact-driven approach Conduct in-depth research to identify new approaches and techniques. Analyze complex datasets and extract valuable insights. Coaching, mentoring, and collaborating with junior team members Creating reports of the experiments and analyses Publish research findings in academic journals or conferences. +2 years of working experience in AI projects Proficiency in Python programming language and Machine Learning libraries and AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or similar) Good knowledge of the state of the art of technologies in relevant fields (ML, AI, Agentic AI) Analytical and with the ability to set requirements and break problems into smaller task Experience with large-scale data processing Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex research questions. Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects. Good communication skills to present findings and collaborate effectively.
