Summary Guidewire is seeking a talented AI/ML Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in artificial intelligence and machine learning, with a proven track record of developing and implementing AI/ML solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, enhance product capabilities, and deliver advanced analytics and AI-driven features. Job Description Key Responsibilities: ● Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. ● Collaborate with product managers and engineers to integrate AI/ML solutions into Guidewire applications. ● Conduct data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation to improve accuracy and performance. ● Stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML and recommend innovative approaches. ● Document models, processes, and workflows for transparency and reproducibility. ● Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, ML, or a related field. ● Overall years of 8 years experience for senior consultant ● Proven experience in developing AI/ML models, preferably in the insurance or enterprise software domain. ● Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages. ● Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc. ● Knowledge of data analytics, data mining, and big data technologies. ● Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. ● Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: ● Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. ● Familiarity with Guidewire’s platform and ecosystem is a plus. ● Certifications in AI/ML technologies are desirable.
