Do you want to join a Machine Learning Platform engineering team committed to delivering the PlayStation experience for millions of users? The work we do delivers impactful insights to build an increasingly dynamic and interactive experience! The AI/ML Engineering Group delivers optimized interactions across PlayStation experiences and systems by designing, coding, training, documenting, cost-effectively deploying and evaluating very large-scale machine learning systems.
We are looking for a Sr. TPM who helps us deliver delightful products and experiences for millions, in an agile environment, collaborating with teams-across Engineering, Security, Architecture, Product and PMO. Further, you will be immersed in AI/ML technologies, tools and processes, as you help to advance our technical objectives and architectural initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience as a technical program manager in AI/ML
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
• Solid technical background and ability to quickly understand technical designs, challenges and risks. Experience breaking down complex problems and driving decision making
• Proven record of interfacing with multi-disciplinary teams and partners
• Ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience managing day-to-day distributed scrum teams
• Skilled in foreseeing challenges in deliverables and their mitigation strategies

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in Platform Engineering space
• Significant experience working with software engineering leadership, technical teams, and individual contributors.
• Ability to communicate authoritatively at a sufficient technical depth.
• Passionate about learning new concepts and technologies.
• Hands-on software development experience.
• Knowledge of various ML platforms would be a big plus.

• Drive complex technical decisions across multiple teams
• Work cross functionally with engineering, security, architecture, product, and PMO to turn ambiguous opportunities into actionable outcomes
• Influence teams & drive alignment among multiple stakeholders.
• Own and Manage implementation E2E from Project charter, roadmap, plan, design, build, execute, deliver and monitor performance & adoption.
• Communicate schedules, priorities, and status to various stakeholders.
• Lead efforts to identify risks, resolve key project conflicts, and establish appropriate resolution paths.
• Facilitate vendor interaction and communication by tracking open issues, feature requests and production readiness.
