Description
Company Description InPost Group is Europe’s leading out-of-home delivery partner, making deliveries secure and convenient for millions of customers every day in more than 15 countries, including Poland, the UK, Italy, Spain, Portugal, and France. We operate under two brands: InPost and Mondial Relay. We provide a cost-effective and greener solution for merchants, offering customers greater convenience. At the heart of our business are the Automated Parcel Machines (aka Parcel Lockers), which we have been designing and producing in-house for years. At InPost Group, we believe that creating and sharing value with our stakeholders is about more than just financial returns. Thanks to the Parcel Locker delivery model, our growth contributes to the reduction of the carbon footprint by up to 75% compared to traditional courier deliveries, and we pursue an ambitious ESG program to increase our impact for a more sustainable world. This year, we will be delivering more than 600 million parcels using more than 25,000 lockers; our network and parcel volumes consistently grow year on year in every market we serve. Job Description Who we're looking for: We're looking for someone who has never known work without AI. Not as a novelty. Not as a productivity boost on top of an old workflow. AI is your default mode of operating: you reach for an agent before a script, a prompt before a meeting, a workflow before a spreadsheet. You think at a higher level of abstraction - "what do I want to happen?" - and you build toward that. You may be earlier in your career than a typical technical hire. That's fine. What matters is that you've built a fundamentally different way of working - and it produces results. What you'll do: Take on greenfield problems with a high output-to-effort ratio Design and run AI-assisted workflows: agentic pipelines, automated analysis, multi-model setups Build quickly and iterate: prototype in hours, not days Document what you built and why, so others can use it without you Work alongside experienced engineers to handle depth and legacy complexity - you complement, not replace What "AI Native" actually means: When you hit a new problem, your first instinct is to understand it well enough to delegate it - to a model, an agent, a workflow. You've developed strong intuition for what AI is good at and where it fails. You catch failure modes before they matter. You don't just use AI to go faster. You use it to think differently. What this role exists? The first wave of AI adoption is about augmenting experienced people - making them faster, sharper, more productive. But there's a second wave: people who grew up AI-native and think entirely differently about how work gets done. We want both. AI-Augmented bring depth, judgment, and the ability to apply AI without breaking what matters. AI Native show what the future looks like - higher abstraction, faster cycles, different kinds of output. Together, they're more powerful than either alone. Qualifications What you're not: Not someone who uses ChatGPT to write emails and calls that AI fluency Not a "vibe coder" who ships things they can't explain or debug Not fragile - you understand AI limitations and design around them Not dependent on AI for things that are faster and clearer done manually What we care about: Genuine AI-native workflow - not augmented, native. AI is your default, not your tool Ability to build quickly and show the work: prototypes, pipelines, outputs Strong written communication - you can explain what you built and why it works Curiosity about real problems, not just technical puzzles Honest calibration of what AI can and can't do Background: We don't require a specific degree or years of experience. We care about demonstrated output. If you've built real things with AI that solved real problems, that counts more than your CV. Additional Information Why join InPost Group? Opportunity to work in a diverse, international and cross-functional environment, along with leading experts. Fulfilling careers with a range of benefits for employees and invests in providing training opportunities for their development. You are involved in technology monitoring and choices Our software will be used by millions of users, making a significant difference in their lives Direction: Product & Design - InPost Tech Organisation: InPost Group - Technology
