This is a role for a hands-on growth operator who wants to own growth end-to-end, leverage AI to 10x our marketing output, and scale a brand to 8-figures. The Role As the AI-Native Growth Lead, you will own and build the revenue engine of Aonic. You are not joining an existing marketing department. You are building it. You will run day-to-day growth experiments end-to-end while designing AI-driven systems that continuously generate creatives, optimize bids, and uncover arbitrage opportunities. This is a growth-first role, not a brand management role. AI is your unfair advantage, not just a buzzword. What You’ll Own Paid Acquisition : End-to-end management of paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon, YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit, and emerging platforms) heavily leveraging AI. You know the algorithms inside-out and how to feed them winning data signals. Organic Growth: Own brand and organic content end-to-end. Build and lead the content team to create a world-class engine generating millions of daily views, accelerating Aonic into one of the most trusted names in health and wellness. Influencer Marketing: From sourcing thousands of creators to landing mega-influencers and celebrities you take over full ownership. Define research, strategy, and execution to make influencer one of our strongest growth pillars. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): You own the Landing Page strategy. You understand that traffic is useless without conversion, and you will build, test, and iterate high-converting funnels. Retention & Lifecycle: Oversee SMS and email marketing. Minimize churn and maximize LTV through smart segmentation and automation. Data & Attribution: Own the Marketing Tracking Systems. You ensure we have pristine data attribution to make decisions based on contribution margin, not vanity metrics. AI & Automation Architecture: Utilize low-code tools and AI to automate reporting, bid management, and creative iterations, removing manual grunt work from your day-to-day. Hard Requirements Honors degree from a top-tier university 3+ years of AI-Native Growth Experience: You have a track record at a startup or scale-up where you actively leveraged AI and automation to hack growth. AI-First + Low-Code Native: Deep daily use of AI combined with hands-on building (e.g., Cursor, Make.com, n8n) to automate workflows and create internal tools. Technical Fluency: If you have a business background, you must be self-taught in SQL, Python, or Javascript. You are comfortable writing scripts to scrape data, automate reporting, or connect APIs. Book, people & street smart: Book-smart (top-tier academics), people-smart (reads customer psychology and applies it at scale), and street-smart (sharp commercial instincts, ROI-focused, spots asymmetric bets in noise). Taste: Strong aesthetic sensibility and intuitive feel for premium branding that aligns with our vision. Exceptional Hunger: You have a strong desire to take ownership and grow rapidly through responsibility. You treat the marketing budget like it’s your own money. Work Ethic & Intensity: Comfortable operating in an environment that is closer to 8am–7pm than 9–5 when required. Nice to Haves Prior experience in CPG, supplements, or high-velocity e-commerce.
