THE ROLE

We are hiring an AI-Native Prompt Engineer to design and maintain the logic that powers Eleva’s agents. You will create structured prompts, schemas, and validation rules that ensure each agent produces outputs that are consistent, actionable, and reliable.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Design and refine prompt templates across Eleva’s agent library
• Define and enforce input/output schemas for each agent
• Build post-processing logic to ensure clarity, consistency, and actionability
• Stress-test agents against edge cases and adversarial prompts
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate agents into production
• Document and version-control agent logic and schema designs
