AI Operations Analyst Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Global Services (BGS) Training Solutions is seeking an AI Operations Analyst in Seattle, WA. This is an onsite position. In this role, you’ll identify and prioritize AI opportunities across Commercial Training Solutions (CTS), lead experiments and prototypes, and partner with engineering, product, and business teams to move solutions into production. You’ll directly improve customer and internal user experiences, unlock efficiency gains, and help deliver new product features; all while establishing governance, measuring ROI, and accelerating adoption across the organization. Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Experienced or Senior AI Operations Analysts. Position Responsibilities: Identify and prioritize AI use cases by conducting stakeholder interviews, process mapping, and data discovery across CTS teams. Assess and rank use cases based on expected impact, feasibility, data readiness, and alignment with strategic objectives. Define success criteria, KPIs, and minimal viable experiments for candidate use cases. Partner with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to design and run experiments, and build prototypes or proofs-of-concept. Translate prototypes into production-ready solutions in collaboration with engineering, MLOps, and IT teams. Establish monitoring, model performance metrics, and retraining/incident procedures for deployed models. Create user-facing documentation, training, and adoption materials; report outcomes and ROI to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and responsible AI practices, and maintain essential audit artifacts. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field; 5+ years of experience with AI/ML technologies, frameworks, models and ensembles Experience tracking and prioritizing use cases into technical requirements and vice versa Deep understanding of ML fundamentals, model evaluation, feature engineering, and production monitoring/retraining strategies Solid knowledge of responsible AI, privacy, security, bias mitigation, and model explainability practices; experience implementing governance controls Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including presenting ROI and technical decisions to senior leadership Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Hands-on experience with prototyping tools (Python, Jupyter, or low-code ML platforms) Familiarity with MLOps frameworks and production monitoring (e.g., MLflow, Seldon, Airflow, Prometheus) Hands-on experience integrating LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, or building RAG solutions Track record of partnering with commercial teams and supporting product launches and adoption 10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Advanced degree preferred Drug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.
