ABOUT THE ROLE:

This is a unique fixed-term opportunity (12–18 months) to work directly with our CEO and help shape Zotefoams’ AI journey. This role is not about optimising existing processes – it’s about exploring what AI could enable across the business, from new market opportunities and smarter decision-making to revenue-generating initiatives. You’ll sit at the heart of strategic conversations and work closely with the Group Executive Team to pilot high-impact concepts that could help define our future.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Mapping AI awareness, capability and use across Zotefoams
• Supporting executive team members with AI-focused objectives
• Identifying both quick wins and long-term strategic AI opportunities
• Exploring data monetisation routes – such as licensing test data or subscription models
• Investigating new market or substrate opportunities beyond our traditional applications
• Piloting and launching up to four proof-of-concept initiatives, one of which could be a wildcard idea we’ve never considered
• Helping define what AI means for Zotefoams and how it fits into our next 100 years
