AI Organization Development Manager (All genders welcome) at the People Organization (PO) Department Kia Europe Headquarters in Frankfurt/Main, Germany.

EDUCATION EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • 4–6 years of experience in PO (HR), organizational development, or related fields, preferable with some exposure to AI tools or digital transformation projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing workforce skills initiatives and supporting the implementation of organizational policies.

SKILLS:

  • Basic understanding of AI technologies and their application in PO functions such as recruitment and employee engagement.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful AI tool integration and operational improvements.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR) and ethical guidelines related to AI usage in organizational settings.
  • Proficiency in MS365 applications to support data-driven decision-making, collaboration, and process automation.
  • Effective project management skills, with the ability to oversee cross-departmental initiatives related to AI adoption and workforce development.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), with the ability to work in an international team environment.

Responsibilities

STRATEGIC TASKS:

  • Collaborate with Strategy, IT, Cyber Security, Legal and PO teams to develop and implement a comprehensive AI framework, encompassing company-wide policies, guidelines, and regulations, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and value, compliance with ethical standards and complementary to IT and Cyber Security requirements.
  • Conduct organizational skills assessments to identify gaps across the workforce and design strategies to build AI-related competencies at all levels of the company.
  • Partner with Strategy and IT to align AI-driven initiatives with organizational goals, ensuring that the workforce is equipped with the necessary skills to support these initiatives.
  • Provide input into the creation of company-wide frameworks for AI adoption, focusing on workforce development and organizational readiness for AI-driven changes.

OPERATIONAL TASKS:

  • Identify the right AI tools for the organization to enhance innovation, collaboration, productivity, and efficiency, including assessing their priorities, organizational impact, and benchmarking how other companies utilize these tools.
  • Define training requirements and workforce development initiatives to address company-wide AI-related skills needs, tailoring learning approaches to diverse employee groups.
  • Collaborate with IT and Strategy teams to ensure AI solutions are effectively integrated into organizational processes while maintaining a focus on employee enablement and operational impact.
  • Oversee the implementation of AI tools in PO functions, such as recruitment and employee support systems, ensuring these tools align with company policies and workforce capabilities.

ETHICAL AND COMPLIANCE TASKS:

  • Work with cross-functional teams, including Legal and IT, to ensure company-wide AI policies address data privacy, compliance, and ethical use of AI, fostering trust in AI-driven solutions.
  • Support the development of organizational guidelines for the responsible use of AI, promoting transparency, fairness, and non-discrimination across all business functions.
  • Advocate for ethical AI practices in training and application, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and workforce expectations.
