Responsible for creating training datasets, including mining real vehicle data and constructing simulation data. Responsible for the design and coding of preprocessing and postprocessing for AI Planning models. Responsible for the evaluation of AI Planning models, including open-loop and closed-loop evaluations in both simulations and real-world vehicle tests. Qualifications Master’s or PhD degree from a well-known domestic or international university in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Automation, Vehicle Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronic Engineering, or related fields, with more than 3 years of work experience. Strong programming skills, familiar with C++ and Python, and proficient in frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow; familiar with common data structures. Solid foundation in AI theory, with rich research or engineering experience in at least two of the following technical areas: CNN, RNN/GRU/LSTM, Transformer, GNN, Diffusion, Imitative Learning, Reinforcement Learning, etc. Passionate about the autonomous driving industry, with good communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork. Bonus points: Experience in end-to-end autonomous driving R&D. Bonus points: Experience in the mass production of advanced intelligent driving systems. Bonus points: Publications in top AI conferences/journals (e.g., CVPR, ICLR, NeurIPS, ICML, etc.).
