Job Description 负责AI规划模型的设计与编码开发负责创建训练数据集，包括挖掘实车数据与构建仿真数据负责AI规划模型预处理与后处理模块的设计与实现负责AI规划模型的评估工作，涵盖仿真环境开环测试、实车闭环测试等全链路验证 Qualifications 计算机科学、人工智能、软件工程、自动化、车辆工程、机电一体化、电子工程等相关专业硕士或博士学位，且具备3年以上工作经验具备扎实编程能力，熟悉C++/Python语言，掌握PyTorch/TensorFlow等框架，熟悉常用数据结构拥有扎实的人工智能理论基础，在CNN、RNN/GRU/LSTM、Transformer、GNN、Diffusion、模仿学习、强化学习等技术领域中，至少两个方向具备丰富的研究或工程经验对自动驾驶行业充满热情，具备良好沟通能力和团队协作精神优先考虑：具备端到端自动驾驶研发经验者参与过高阶智能驾驶系统量产项目者在顶级AI会议/期刊（如CVPR、ICLR、NeurIPS、ICML等）发表过学术论文者 Legal Entity: Bosch Automotive Products (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. Responsibilities

Responsible for the design and development of AI planning models, including the creation of training datasets from real-vehicle and simulation data. The role involves implementing pre- and post-processing modules and conducting full-link validation through open-loop and closed-loop testing.
