  • Productionise coding agents and develop agentic systems
  • Build and operate multi-component platform (MCP) servers
  • Engineer context for AI systems
  • Implement security measures for agentic platforms
  • Develop and apply evaluation frameworks for AI systems
  • Undertake full-stack development with an AI-first approach
  • Establish testing and quality assurance practices for AI-generated code
  • Assume end-to-end ownership throughout the development value chain


  • Must-have criteriaOver 5 years of practical engineering experience
  • Demonstrable experience with an AI-first approach
  • Current active involvement with coding agents
  • Robust understanding of software engineering principles
  • Proficiency in testing and quality practices for AI-generated code
  • Experience with MCP servers, context engineering, security, and evaluation frameworks for agentic systems
  • Strong expertise in Java, containerisation, and Kubernetes
  • Comfortable working embedded within a client engineering team


  • Nice-to-have criteriaExperience with Quarkus
  • Experience with Angular
