QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Extensive agile leadership experience including programme/portfolio scale delivery and coaching BAs/Scrum Masters.
• Strong technical proficiency in Jira/ADO, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), data science workflows, MLOps, and modern AI frameworks and services.
• Proven track record of improving delivery outcomes (e.g., NPS/CSAT, cycle time) through evidence-based interventions and lean/startup techniques.
• Excellent facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills, including experience advising senior leaders (GMs or C-suite).
• Domain knowledge of mining, resources, or heavy industry tech stacks and familiarity with architecture tools/frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Archi).
• Familiarity with contemporary and traditional AI frameworks, Azure, OpenAI and Bedrock services.

• Lead agile delivery governance and team facilitation, fostering servant leadership, psychological safety, and continuous improvement.
• Align program and portfolio delivery to enterprise AI strategy through roadmap planning, capacity management, and dependency coordination.
• Drive platform innovation and experimentation, running workshops to identify needs and prototype solutions that accelerate AI adoption.
• Enhance business analysis and backlog management, supporting Product Owners to capture clear, value-driven requirements and prioritise effectively.
• Engage stakeholders and track delivery performance, providing transparent metrics, data-driven updates, and shaping change plans to maximise impact.
