Your mission 

Responsible for and further developing AI platforms

  • You are responsible for the introduction, further development and operation of our AI platforms and AI services.
  • You evaluate new technologies, features, and integrations and develop sustainable platform strategies from them.
  • You ensure that our AI landscape remains secure, scalable, and future-proof.

Shaping governance, security and standards

  • You will develop governance models, role and authorization concepts, and technical guidelines for the use of AI.
  • You will work closely with security, engineering, and other stakeholders to responsibly introduce new AI capabilities.
  • You evaluate platforms, integrations, and new AI services with regard to risks, compliance, and technical feasibility.

Driving AI initiatives forward and empowering teams

  • You take ownership of new AI-related questions and requirements.
  • You analyze requirements, develop recommendations for action, and manage topics in a structured manner until implementation.
  • You support specialist departments in the safe and effective use of AI and act as a technical sparring partner for business, security and engineering.
  • When needed, you will work hands-on on integrations, automations, architectural concepts, and platform solutions.

 

Your profile

  • You have several years of experience in building, operating or further developing platforms, cloud solutions or technical services.
  • You have experience with modern AI platforms and the AI ​​ecosystem (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Azure AI, Vertex AI, Bedrock or similar technologies).
  • You have a good understanding of APIs, integrations, authentication, and role and authorization concepts.
  • You are familiar with security, governance, and compliance requirements in the corporate environment.
  • You can prepare technical decisions in a structured manner, evaluate them, and communicate them transparently.
  • You work independently, pragmatically and in a solution-oriented manner.
  • You are comfortable structuring and advancing complex or unclear issues.
  • You communicate confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders and are enthusiastic about new technologies and their potential for the company.

This role is not a typical engineering, project management, or product role. We are looking for someone who combines technical depth with ownership and is able to independently structure new AI topics, prepare decisions, and drive their implementation. 

You'll be working in a rapidly changing environment where new AI opportunities are constantly emerging. Therefore, we're not looking for a specialist in a single tool, but rather someone who can quickly understand and evaluate new technologies and translate them into sustainable solutions for the company.
