AI-POWERED SOFTWARE PRINCIPAL

As a Principal, you will be responsible for developing Siili’s AI powered software development offerings, leading go-to-market activities, and acting as a trusted advisor for our customers. You will also inspire our own experts and act as a thought leader in AI.

The specific skills we are seeking are:

  • Extensive hands-on experience in custom software secure development lifecycle from design to production
  • Hands on experience in using AI tools and methods (Cursor, OpenAI, Github CoPilot, Claude, JetbrainsAI, Azure AI, AWS AI) in software development and understanding of utilizing machine learning and AI as a part of solution
  • Drive in transforming the ways of working towards AI Powered Development across the organization
  • An enthusiasm for coaching and helping teams succeed with AI-driven development.
  • Fluency in both Finnish and English
Responsibilities
  • Developing your own offering and building external visibility through blog posts, public presentations, etc.
  • Meeting customers, presenting Siili’s perspectives, and generating leads.
  • Collaborating with Siili’s account managers to create sales pitches and proposals.
  • Providing advisory services to our customers and overseeing project deliveries
