JOB SUMMARY

The ideal candidate will have a background leading development teams in delivering applications to production, consulting, and/or driving presales of both generative and predictive AI technologies. This role requires both customer-facing, front line developers to CxO, and evangelism conversations. Much of this role requires consulting on the GTM .

Responsibilities
  • Lead presales by championing domain-driven Agentic AI solutions that unlock measurable business impact.
  • Accelerate deal cycles by crafting compelling value narratives that fuse industry expertise with AI agent innovation.
  • Orchestrate customer workshops and CxO conversations that shift discussions from “AI pilots” to scalable business transformation.
  • Lead and enable on hyper-competitive presales situations for the AI/ML and Generative AI portfolio, leveraging expertise in Predictive Analytics and Generative AI development practices.
  • Design and deliver differentiated demos, prototypes, and POVs that highlight the edge over generic AI platforms.
  • Build lasting relationships with cloud providers and other 3rd parties for joint GTM, focusing on Agentic AI solutions/Generative AI solutions
  • Build and own industry playbooks, sales accelerators, and reusable solution assets to amplify presales velocity.
  • Partner closely with sales to shape pursuit strategy and increase win rates across high-value accounts.
  • Bridge client needs with product roadmaps, influencing solution evolution with direct market feedback.
  • Be the trusted advisor who positions our services as the go-to platform for domain-led Agentic AI adoption.
  • Leverage partnerships with GCP and Databricks to co-sell, influence market adoption, and unlock joint GTM opportunities.

    Pay: $135,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
