As an AI & process development consultant, you’ll take the lead on client projects that merge business process development with technology, particularly AI. Your role involves full project lifecycle management—from initiation to delivery—ensuring quality and client satisfaction. You serve as a trusted advisor, integrating business consulting with data and AI technologies to optimize customer value across sales, industrial, and internal service processes.
Leveraging your business acumen and technological proficiency, you apply proven methodologies and tools to drive and reform clients business processes. Your expertise helps demystify complex digital transformations and articulate the business benefits of AI/data-driven processes.
Based in Finland, with options to work from Helsinki or Tampere, you’ll have a home office within our hybrid work environment. While we prize flexibility, the role involves active client engagement and some travel to client locations.
