To support our students, we have built / purpose for the role This is a full-time position that can be worked remotely or in one of our many offices around the globe. What are the main responsibilities for this role? Own end-to-end Go-To-Market strategy for our AI products for global, especially in the US/NA: segmentation, positioning, pricing, channels, and launch roadmap. Design phased market entry and scale-up plans aligned with business goals. Conduct ongoing research on global market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Translate insights into clear recommendations for product roadmap, packaging and messaging. Build and manage the acquisition and growth engine for the US market, including: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, etc Optimize end-to-end funnel from awareness to activation, conversion, retention and referral Work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Sales and Support to deliver successful launches and growth experiments. What skills and experience are required? Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Statistics or related field. 3–5+ years of experience in GTM / growth / international marketing. Cross-cultural communication skills and experience working with international teams. Hands-on experience driving growth for AI, SaaS, smart hardware or internet products in the US / Western markets. Deep understanding of US user behavior, content styles and monetization patterns. Strong analytical skills; able to independently pull, analyze and interpret data to make decisions. Solid grasp of growth methodologies: funnels, cohort analysis, segmentation, A/B testing, referral/virality, retention strategies. Owner mindset, high degree of autonomy, bias for action and experimentation. Why work for Crimson?
