CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• 4+ years leading product strategy where you personally crafted the vision and owned the core problem-solution hypothesis
• Track record of launching at least one complete product from conception to market success, reaching actual external users and generating minimum $1M revenue
• Demonstrated proficiency integrating AI tools into your professional workflow (research, analysis, synthesis, strategic planning)

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Knowledge Architecture: Develop and maintain “BrainLifts” – structured repositories of your deepest domain insights that synchronize team understanding, enhance LLM capabilities, and drive aligned decision-making across the organization
• Rapid Impact Cycles: Execute tight OODA (Observe-Orient-Decide-Act) loops that identify the Most Important Problem, implement high-leverage solutions within days, and validate success through concrete metrics that matter to student learning

WHAT YOU WILL NOT BE DOING

• Creating traditional product roadmaps or dictating build specifications
• Jumping to solutions before mastering the domain and developing deep user empathy
• Overseeing month-long feature development cycles (we ship weekly, not quarterly)
• Engineering technical solutions or designing software architecture
