JOB DESCRIPTION
Do you have a passion for building product experiences that delight customers and drive measurable outcomes? Do you enjoy the challenge of translating broad business goals into clear, actionable requirements and KPIs? We’re looking for a Product Manager who can champion user empathy, shape product vision, and collaborate with cross-functional teams—without the luxury of dedicated designers. You’ll operate in a fast-paced, startup-style environment, where you’ll own end-to-end product execution, from ideation to launch, all underpinned by data-driven decision-making.
You’ll get the opportunity to:
- Drive OKRs and KPIs that align with our strategic objectives.
- Deliver incremental value to customers through rapid experimentation and tight feedback loops.
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering, data, and business stakeholders to create innovative solutions in the automotive and mobility technology space (no prior auto experience required).
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: 3+ years in product management or a related role, with a track record of shipping successful products.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical mindset for defining KPIs, interpreting data, and driving decisions.
- Product-Driven Philosophy: Demonstrated ability to integrate customer insights, market trends, and business needs into cohesive product strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Soft Skills: Adaptability, ownership, willingness to experiment, and the ability to thrive in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
- Hybrid Work: Combination of on-site (Markham, ON) and remote.
If you’re excited about owning the product lifecycle, championing user needs, and driving high-impact results in a dynamic setting, we’d love to hear from you!

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering, data architects, and ML teams in a startup-style pod to ensure timely delivery of new features and improvements.
