Description
About your new role: We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager who sits at the intersection of product strategy, engineering execution, and AI-accelerated development. This is not a “write tickets and run ceremonies” PM role. You’ll work directly with engineers using tools like Cursor, Claude Code, copilot, and internal agents to ship faster, validate ideas earlier, and get product into customers’ hands with real business impact. You’ll be responsible for turning customer problems and revenue opportunities into clear, technically grounded product direction, while leveraging AI-first workflows to increase velocity, quality, and learning speed across the team. This role is ideal for a PM who is deeply technical, comfortable reading code, and excited about how agentic tools are reshaping how products get built. Key Responsibilities: Own product outcomes from problem discovery to shipped product to revenue impact. Translate customer, sales, and market inputs into clear, technically actionable requirements. Partner tightly with engineering to define scope, tradeoffs, and sequencing. Actively use AI development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, copilots, internal agents) to: Prototype workflows and features. Validate technical approaches early. Reduce iteration cycles between idea and implementation. Drive fast feedback loops using MVPs, experiments, and real customer usage. Balance speed and quality while keeping the team focused on high-leverage work. Align roadmap priorities to ARR growth, retention, and expansion opportunities. Serve as a strong technical voice in product discussions with leadership, sales, and customers. What you'll need for success: 5+ years of Product Management experience in technical or platform-heavy products Strong technical foundation comfortable with reading code, understanding system architecture and discussing tradeoffs with engineers. Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, internal agents, etc.) Proven track record of shipping products that drive measurable business results Experience working in high-growth, fast-iteration environments Customer-obsessed mindset with strong product intuition Clear communicator who can align engineering, sales, and leadership around outcomes Why you'll love life at Command|Link Join us at CommandLink, where you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of business communication. We value the innovative spirit and seek individuals ready to bring their unique vision and expertise to a team that values bold ideas and strategic thinking. Are you ready to make an impact?
