Role Summary We are seeking a proactive, builder-minded specialist to develop and maintain internal automations and AI-powered marketing tools that improve speed, consistency, and performance across marketing, sales, and operations. You will work with a mix of low-code tools (e.g., n8n) and lightweight custom scripts, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enable data-driven creative production. Key Responsibilities AI Marketing Tools: Design and implement AI-assisted workflows to generate ad creative, including copy variants, creative briefs, concept generation, and iteration pipelines. Experience generating TikTok or other short-form video ad assets is a plus. Process Automation: Map existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and automate repeatable tasks to improve team productivity. Custom Integrations: Connect tools via APIs or webhooks, and develop small scripts or services when low-code solutions are insufficient. Reliability & Adoption: Debug issues, monitor logs, improve tool stability, document SOPs, and train stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption. Builder Mentality: Proactive, takes ownership, thrives in fast-iteration environments, and is comfortable tackling ambitious goals. Marketing & Creative Workflow Knowledge: Understands performance marketing processes, from creative briefs to approvals, launch, and post-campaign learnings. Process Discovery & Problem Solving: Strong analytical and practical skills to identify workflow inefficiencies and implement solutions. Technical Comfort: Experienced with workflow automation tools; able to write basic scripts and integrate with APIs (REST/JSON, webhooks). Communication Skills: Able to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders and clearly document processes.
