Drive AI Adoption: Engage with MSIM teams to build, manage, prioritize and track AI business cases from inception to delivery. Identify KPIs and collect metrics to measure success of AI solutions. Act as the primary point of contact between MSIM and firmwide AI teams. Drive end user pilots and collect feedback to deliver more effective AI solutions. Stay informed of latest AI trends and technologies and incorporate them into product strategy and development as appropriate. Strategic Planning and Execution: Execute a strategic plan for the GenAI team, aligned with business goals. Monitor the performance and impact of GenAI use cases, providing regular updates to senior leaders globally. Experience with and passion for Generative AI strategy / product management / experimentation or Innovation Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to leverage their network and knowledge base to define abstract concepts from inception Demonstrated track record of effective partnership with and translation between business teams, control partners and IT Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Proven experience in program or project management Strong understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and technologies. Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $110,000 and $140,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
