• Managing AI projects end-to-end: From customer workshop and requirements analysis to the productive MVP – agile, iterative and data-driven.
• Advising clients and identifying AI potential: recognizing and evaluating use cases, e.g. automated data processing, NLP for HR processes, AI-based decision support or agent-based workflows.
• Technical design and implementation: Designing agent architectures and RAG systems, integrating LLM APIs and tools, working with MCP, optimizing prompts and context, and considering guardrails and evaluations. You will build prototypes yourself in Python or current frameworks.
• Agile management of the entire lifecycle: From the first prototype to the MVP to the scalable product – together with consultants and engineers.
• Moderating customer workshops: gathering requirements, outlining solutions and demonstrating realistic AI potential – in German and English.
• Putting modern AI tools into practice: Current agent frameworks like Microsoft Agent Framework, OpenAI Agents SDK or CrewAI, vector databases like Pinecone or Weaviate, as well as APIs and models from OpenAI, Anthropic and Microsoft. You'll build agents and productive workflows, not just chatbots.
• Consider security, data protection and AI governance from the outset: Design solutions in such a way that data protection, access rights, data flows, guardrails and regulatory requirements are taken into account from the beginning.
• Create training materials and documentation: Develop handouts, guides and technical documentation that customers can actually work with.
• Building a bridge between technology and business: Understanding customer needs and translating them into technically feasible solutions. You communicate with decision-makers just as confidently as with the engineering team.

qualification

• At least 3 years of professional experience after graduation – in a tech, agency or consulting context as a Product Owner, AI Consultant, Technical Consultant or in a hybrid role; no student trainee positions, no recent graduates
• Excellent university degree – in computer science, business informatics, data science, cognitive science or a related field; excellent academic performance
• You have managed and technically contributed to client projects – ideally with AI-related content; you can both moderate the workshop and build the agent.
• Excellent understanding of agentic AI, LLMs, RAG and their application – you understand ReAct, tool use, multi-agent systems, embeddings and know when each makes sense.
• Technical hands-on experience: Python, API integration, prompt engineering, current agent frameworks, vector databases – you build prototypes, not just presentations.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot – Integration, Customization, Prompt Design for enterprise contexts
• Excellent communication skills in German (C1) and English – you advise C-level executives, moderate workshops, and write concepts; a confident demeanor is essential.
• Self-organization, ownership, and a willingness to adapt to changing demands – you manage projects, clients, and your own time.
• You are eager to learn and stay up-to-date with technology – AI is developing rapidly, and you are developing along with it.
