Product Strategy to define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and goals for AI-driven products. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to inform product decisions.
Roadmap Planning Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap outlining key milestones and deliverables. Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, customer feedback, and market trends.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, engineers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on product development priorities and timelines. Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams.
Requirements Definition: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements for AI products. Clearly articulate product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
User Experience Optimization: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience for AI products. Conduct user testing and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Product Launch and Marketing: Plan and execute product launches, working closely with marketing and sales teams to promote AI products effectively. Develop marketing collateral and product messaging.
Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI products and monitor their performance. Implement strategies for continuous improvement based on user feedback and data analysis.
