Nous recherchons un gestionnaire de projets en intelligence artificielle, rigoureux et proactif, pour soutenir l’exécution de diverses initiatives en IA à travers l’organisation. Ce rôle implique une collaboration étroite avec les parties prenantes internes et les équipes de développement externes afin d’assurer l’atteinte efficace et efficiente des objectifs de projet.

DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive project manager to support the execution of various artificial intelligence initiatives across the organization. This role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external development teams to ensure project goals are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in Agile project meetings to help drive AI-related initiatives forward.
• Collaborate with external partners and Digital Technology (DT) developers to ensure the defined scope of work is executed as planned.
• Utilize tools such as Confluence, Jira, Microsoft Office Suite, and especially PowerPoint to manage documentation and presentations.
• Work with internal clients, typically directors from various business units, depending on the candidate’s background.
• Focus on projects related to quality, customer service, and operations, all within the realm of artificial intelligence.
• Spend the majority of the day gathering and understanding customer requirements and driving internal actions to meet those needs.
• Conduct internal process mapping in alignment with DT teams, following Agile methodology.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, dealing with technical projects in IT/DT.
• Strong knowledge in Agile methodology
• Bachelor’s minimum: Software engineering, Computer Science, Bachelor of Commerce.
• Excellent English communication skills (Written & Spoken). Ability to present to various stakeholders.

Assets:

• Experience as a data scientist
• Proven understanding of machine learning
• Strong knowledge of artificial intelligence
