Job Description
DPR is hiring a strategic AI Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale AI solution delivery. You’ll drive mission-critical projects by guiding teams in applying machine learning (ML) to large, complex datasets and optimizing business processes. With your ML engineering expertise, you’ll build and maintain pipelines for training, testing, and deploying models.
You’ll collaborate across disciplines such as data science, engineering, architecture, and product to deliver scalable, high-impact AI solutions. Your technical leadership and consulting skills will help business users navigate ML technologies, ensuring seamless integration and user-focused outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases that align with organizational goals.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements and solution specifications.
• Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to ensure timely and scalable deployment of AI solutions.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including task breakdowns, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Monitor and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Quantify and track the business value delivered by AI solutions, ensuring measurable outcomes and ROI.
• Advise executive stakeholders on AI strategy, roadmap development, and emerging opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality internal and external communications, including presentations, reports, and stakeholder updates.
• Stay at the top of emerging AI technologies, tools, and industry best practices to inform solution design and strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with project management for artificial intelligence, data science, ML engineering, data research, or data analytics
• Experience leading technical teams and project management
• Experience with client management and strategic consulting
• Experience with Generative AI, including transformers or LLM project work
• Experience with Huggingface, LangChain, or AutoGPT
• Experience with software engineering and artificial intelligence projects
• Experience with a programming language, including Python, Scala, or Java
• Experience with project work in deep learning, computer vision, NLP,
• Ability to translate abstract business challenges into concrete AI solutions.
• Analytical mindset with a commitment to data-driven decision-making and process improvement.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities and a passion for digital transformation.
