ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES We are currently seeking a Senior Consultant to support and drive the growth of our Data and AI practice. This is an exciting opportunity to be a leader, in a growing team of data practitioners, where you will be initiating and implementing cutting-edge data & analytics programmes for top-tier Financial Services clients. This project is with a leading Corporate & Investment Bank as a Project Manager for AI transformation. You will support the design and delivery of the LLM-based productivity tool. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the delivery and scaling of AI initiatives and use cases across multiple markets, ensuring successful execution from planning through implementation. Drive project governance, stakeholder engagement, and delivery management to support the expansion and deepening of AI capabilities across the organisation. Coordinate with business, technology, data, and risk teams to ensure AI projects align with strategic objectives, regulatory requirements, and delivery timelines. Manage project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and reporting, maintaining clear communication across senior stakeholders and delivery teams. Support the adoption and operationalization of AI solutions by collaborating with regional teams and ensuring consistency in execution across markets. SKILLS & EXPERTISE At least 5 years' experience in project management, delivery management, or transformation roles within financial services and/or consulting. Proven experience leading large-scale AI-related initiatives across cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of project governance frameworks, risk management, and stakeholder management within complex organisational environments. Experience delivering or supporting Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Generative AI initiatives. Familiarity with enterprise governance processes and regulatory controls within the financial services industry. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across business and technology functions. Self-starter with excellent organisational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin would be advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating delivery risks. WHY JOIN CAPCO?
