This position is to integrate our client team (directly employed by the client), a leading firm in the Chemical sector. This is a unique opportunity to drive a major AI transformation at a strategic level, shaping the future of the organization and creating tangible business impact. You will work with senior leaders, cutting-edge technologies, and a highly motivated team to deliver AI-driven innovation. Ready to be part of it? Role As part of the Digital Transformation Program and in close collaboration with the IT Department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping, managing, and delivering strategic projects that integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). You will lead projects end-to-end, from ideation to deployment, while ensuring adoption across business functions. Acting at the intersection of technology, business, and innovation, you will drive AI initiatives that create tangible business impact. Project Management Lead and manage AI/ML projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, milestones, resources, and risk mitigation strategies. Coordinate cross-functional teams (data scientists, data engineers, IT stakeholders, business stakeholders, external partners) to ensure seamless execution. Supervise project phases: scoping, prototyping, development, testing, deployment, and scaling. Regularly communicate progress, results, and impact to stakeholders, including senior leadership. Product Management Help to identify and prioritize AI/ML use cases with the highest value for business functions. Gather, document, and refine requirements, translating them into actionable user stories and specifications. Collaborate with technical teams to deliver robust, scalable, and user-centric solutions. Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions to align strategic goals with operational needs. Change Management & Adoption Ensure adoption of AI/ML solutions across business teams, ensuring integration into daily workflows. Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and enablement materials to build user capabilities. Act as a change agent, facilitating the cultural shift toward data-driven and AI-powered ways of working. Measure adoption, monitor impact, and continuously optimize AI/ML solutions for long-term success. Innovation & Continuous Improvement Monitor and evaluate emerging AI/ML trends, tools, and best practices. Propose and implement innovative approaches to optimize business processes and decision-making. Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement within the digital transformation program. This should be part of your background in order to apply: Master’s degree in Project Management, Data Science or Digital Transformation. Proven track record in digital transformation and project management, ideally with hands-on experience in AI/ML deployment. Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts Experience in product management, from strategy definition to delivery. Demonstrated success in leading change management and driving adoption of emerging technologies. Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, PMP certification is a plus). Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms to non-technical audiences. Strong appetite for innovation, emerging technologies, and cross-functional teamwork. Fluent in English, proficiency in French is a plus
