AI Prompt Engineer
KR Contracting is seeking a Prompt Engineer / Workflow Architect to lead the design and deployment of structured AI workflows across our compliance, proposal, HR, and operational systems.
This is not a sandbox role. You’ll be creating real-world AI agents that support federal contracts, optimize back-office processes, automate compliance, and enhance security operations—including OSINT and ethical hacking platforms.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, English, Technical Writing, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical, operational, or regulatory role focused on documentation, automation, or compliance
  • Hands-on experience using generative AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Azure OpenAI, etc.)
  • Exceptional writing, structured logic, and critical thinking skills
  • Familiarity with federal security operations, proposal development, or compliance documentation in a government contracting context

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience supporting government contracts, particularly under the Service Contract Act (SCA) or in protective services
  • Familiarity with:


    • NIST AI Risk Management Framework (AI RMF)

    • FAR/DFARS proposal requirements
    • Federal solicitation processes
    • Experience with:


      • Python, Power Automate, or low-code platforms for AI integration

      • Secure prompt chaining and audit-tracked document generation
      • Working knowledge of OSINT and ethical hacking platforms including:


        • SpiderFoot, Recon-ng, Sherlock, Holehe, Photon, Kali/CSI Linux

        • Active or eligible Secret Clearance (DoD or DHS)

        Responsibilities
        • Design and implement prompt-driven AI agents that:


          • Automate federal RFP responses (technical volumes, pricing, staffing plans, past performance)

          • Generate SOPs, QC audits, compliance manuals, and training documentation
          • Streamline HR workflows (onboarding, corrective action, offboarding, employee documentation)
          • Reduce back-office inefficiencies through LLM-powered SharePoint/Power Automate integration
          • Develop AI-enhanced tools to support:


            • Internal red team simulations

            • OSINT collection using platforms like SpiderFoot, Maltego, Sherlock, and Recon-ng
            • Build and manage a library of prompt templates, agent flows, benchmarks, and QA processes
