You are curious, driven, and motivated by solving complex problems with real world impact. You enjoy working in interdisciplinary environments and are comfortable bridging theory and practice. Required Background: MSc or PhD in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering Physics, or a closely related field Solid foundation in modern AI techniques, such as: - Deep learning - Reinforcement learning - Distributed learning - Generative AI - Probabilistic modeling - Stochastic optimization or graph based methods Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow Experience designing, training, and validating ML driven systems Familiarity with simulation based evaluation methodologies Exposure to containerized ML workflows (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) Interest or experience in telecommunications, networking, or signal processing Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly in English, both verbally and in writing As a person you are: A strong research mindset and the ability to generate novel ideas Motivation to publish, patent, and influence future standards Ability to explain AI concepts to non AI specialists High level of ownership, analytical thinking, and problem solving ability Willingness to continuously learn and work across adjacent domains The position is based in Kista, Sweden.
