Define and evolve the software architecture for AI-enabled radio units. Drive technical activities from concept to implementation in customer networks. Lead AI-related studies and architecture investigations to shape the next generation of radio platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on software, system, and hardware integration. Contribute to technical leadership and mentoring within the architecture community. You are an experienced software architect with a passion for innovation and a strong drive to bring AI into complex embedded systems. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on technical insight, and you thrive in environments where technology meets creativity. Proven experience in software architecture for complex embedded or distributed systems. Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and their practical application in real-time systems. Strong background in C/C++, software design patterns, and system integration. Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives from study to implementation. Experience with radio access networks (RAN) or signal processing. Familiarity with Open Fronthaul, O-RAN, or 5G/6G software architectures. Experience in AI model deployment on embedded or real-time platforms. What success looks like You drive architecture initiatives from concept to customer deployment.
