IFS is hiring a Technical AI Sales Specialist – Operations Solutions to drive market growth of our AI-powered Operational Intelligence portfolio in industrial markets. This role focuses on selling AI that enhances operational visibility, performance, and decision-making across asset-intensive and production-driven environments. What You’ll Do Hunt and develop new-logo opportunities within industrial organizations focused on operational excellence. Lead consultative engagements demonstrating how AI-driven operational intelligence improves uptime, productivity, safety, and efficiency. Position IFS as a strategic partner for AI-enabled operations transformation. Engage COOs, Heads of Operations, Digital Transformation leaders, and IT executives. Close complex, enterprise-scale deals with 6-7 digit ACV. Work closely with regional sales teams, operations specialists, and AI solution experts to maximize and close complex deals. Qualifications Proven success in enterprise new-logo sales. Experience selling AI, advanced analytics, or operational intelligence platforms to business and IT buyers. Strong understanding of industrial operations, asset performance, or production environments. Ability to translate AI insights into operational and financial outcomes. Confident engaging both technical and operational stakeholders. Curious, commercially sharp, and motivated by solving complex operational challenges with AI.
