In this role, you’ll focus on winning new clients and expanding our footprint in key industries. At the same time, you’ll manage and grow existing accounts (approx. 50% baseline business), ensuring long-term success and strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in industries like Manufacturing, Retail, FSI, Public, Logistic, Automotive and Pharma. Build deep, trust-based relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders. Understand client challenges and position AI solutions that truly make a difference. Manage and grow baseline business (approx. 50%) through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic account development. Work hand-in-hand with consulting, marketing and tech teams to create winning proposals and presentations. Own the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals. Hit your sales targets and celebrate your wins with a team that’s got your back. Stay sharp on market trends, emerging tech and what the competition is up to. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales performance, pipeline status and forecasting. Qualifications ~ 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales with a focus on IT services or SaaS, ideally with experience to AI-related solutions Proven success in new business development and account management. Proven track record of prospecting and building robust pipelines Ability to pitch value propositions into new market verticals, backing RPFs/POEs with data to maximize margin uplift for prospective clients. Solid understanding of digital transformation and intelligent automation. Experience with platforms like Microsoft, UiPath, Parloa or Celonis is a plus. Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills at C-Level. Self-starter with ambition, a winning mindset, and a passion for growth. Confident visionary with experience motivating others around Automation and Agentic AI wherever they set foot. Sales expertise and coaching: a hunter with business acumen within a consultative approach, willing to mentor and train other team members.
