Description

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer / Full-Stack Developer with experience in AI, voice systems, and SaaS product development to lead the design and development of our AI sales platform. You’ll be responsible for building scalable, intelligent systems that integrate voice AI, CRM, and telephony—while ensuring compliance with sales and data protection regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop an AI-driven sales automation platform (voice, text, and CRM integration).
  • Build and deploy conversational AI agents for outbound calling, lead qualification, and appointment scheduling.
  • Integrate with telephony systems (e.g., Twilio, Asterisk, SIP) and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
  • Implement speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and NLP solutions for natural conversations.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance (TCPA, GDPR, CCPA, Do-Not-Call).
  • Develop APIs, dashboards, and user interfaces for managing campaigns.
  • Optimize for scalability (handling thousands of concurrent calls).
  • Collaborate with leadership to align product features with business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or SaaS product development.
  • Proven expertise in:
  • Machine Learning / NLP (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, Rasa).
  • Voice & Telephony systems (VoIP, Twilio, Vonage, Dialogflow, Asterisk).
  • Speech recognition & synthesis APIs (OpenAI, Google, AWS, ElevenLabs).
  • Cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • API & microservices architecture.
  • Strong background in CRM integrations and sales automation workflows.
  • Understanding of compliance & data privacy regulations in telemarketing.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with large language model fine-tuning or RAG pipelines.
  • Background in UI/UX design for SaaS dashboards.
  • Startup experience or prior work in sales automation/call center SaaS.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering and conversational AI frameworks.
