What You’ll Do Build Prototypes That Matter * Design and development of PoCs and prototypes that demonstrate the potential of emerging AI technologies in content generation, assessment, and innovative AI-driven personalised learning experiences. * Translate conceptual ideas into working demos contributing to the development of both AI components for innovative concepts, while also building and demonstrating applications with fully integrated front-end interfaces and back-end systems. Execute R&D with Growing Independence * Take ownership of well-scoped R&D workstreams, delivering high-quality outputs with increasing autonomy. * Apply established standards for code quality, scalability, and experimentation. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement within your workstream. Collaborate Across Boundaries * Partner with product managers, designers, researchers, and business stakeholders to understand use cases and contribute to feasibility and solution design. * Support communication with non-technical audiences, helping translate technical work into business-relevant insights. What You Bring * Strong proficiency in one of the following AI/ML areas.
