QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience in security, infrastructure, and operations, with a focus on delivering solutions and managing technical teams.
  • Expertise in security and risk management, including designing enterprise security strategies and technical product management.
  • Demonstrated experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC) environment, including integrating real-time risk analytics and refining machine learning models for fraud detection to reduce false positives.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale security programs and automation initiatives, such as architecting a centralized security governance platform.
  • Familiarity with AI security challenges, including model poisoning, adversarial attacks, and operational best practices for deploying AI tools.
  • Strong understanding of cyber frameworks such as NIST AI Risk Management Framework, MITRE ATLAS, and OWASP Top 10 LLM.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of driving change management and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, from engineers to executives.
Responsibilities
  • Participate in Cyber AI Services’ key service offerings and ensure a positive user experience, and an effective roadmap for service maturity.
  • Help mature operations through effective oversight, reporting and analytics of AI security services, including threat modeling, risk assessments, proactive testing and risk management of AI systems and components.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and senior executives to present AI security concepts and risks. Translate operational insights and feedback into enhanced security capabilities.
  • Advise on secure AI solution architectures and designs, and manage secure development and use of AI applications by aligning with AI SSDL processes and workflows.
  • Evaluate the continued effectiveness of AI security solutions and offer suggestions for improvement and maturity.
  • Ensure AI-centric risk management processes and outcomes are established through policies and controls based on organizational priorities and tolerance.
