This is a strongly hands-on engineering role, not a pure advisory or research position. The person will be expected to help define the technical approach, design the architecture and then actively build and deliver the solution.

• What we’re looking for:Proven experience building AI agents / agentic workflows
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS AI services
• Experience with LangGraph, LangChain or similar agent frameworks
• Python / strong software engineering background
• RAG, tool/function calling, APIs and enterprise integrations
• Ability to design solutions rather than only work from predefined specifications
• Experience with production GenAI / LLM systems
• Strong documentation and knowledge-transfer skills

• Highly desirable:Amazon Bedrock / Bedrock Agents / Knowledge Bases / Guardrails
• Multi-agent systems
• Human-in-the-loop workflows
• AI security / governance
• Previous exposure to GRC, risk, compliance or regulated environments
