About The Role As the AI Senior Product Manager , you will play a critical role in defining the vision and strategy for our AI-native monday Service product. You will lead the product strategy and execution, focusing on crafting intuitive, AI-driven experiences that simplify complex service workflows. In this role you will: Define and lead the product vision and roadmap for the AI-native monday Service product, ensuring AI capabilities are scalable, high-quality, and impactful. Define quality standards and best practices for AI experiences within monday Service. Deeply understand the needs of service and support professionals through research and feedback to continuously identify opportunities for improvement and growth Own end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, prioritization, roadmap, and execution. Collaborate with Growth and GTM (Go-to-Market) teams to drive adoption, monetization, and ARR through the AI-powered Service capabilities. Requirements 7+ years of experience in product management 2+ years of proven track record of building impactful AI-powered products (automation, ML, LLM, or similar). Strong technical understanding - comfortable partnering with engineering and data teams to build scalable AI solutions. Strategic thinker with strong product sense and business acumen. Proven track record of building user-centric products that simplify complex workflows. Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with constant learning and adaptation.
