About Us:
We are a rapidly growing interior fragrance brand with a strong team, beautiful office, and big plans. In just three weeks, we’re launching a major new brand and need a skilled professional to help us take our marketing to the next level.
The Role:
We’re looking for someone with proven marketing experience who can create high-quality, professional short-form videos, UGC-style clips, and AI-enhanced content for our social media platforms — especially LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok. This is not a “post-and-hope” role. We need someone who knows how to plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns that get results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging video and visual content using AI tools and UGC footage
• Post and manage content on LinkedIn and other platforms to build brand awareness
• Develop marketing campaigns that match our luxury brand identity
• Work with our team to bring marketing ideas from concept to final execution
• Bonus: Experience with basic website updates or content management

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong portfolio of social media content creation (TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn)
• Solid marketing background — you understand branding, messaging, and campaigns
• Familiarity with AI tools for video and design (CapCut, Runway, Midjourney, etc.)
• Proactive, organized, and able to run with an idea from start to finish
• Bonus: Website content or basic web design experience
