DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS

We are currently looking for an AI Software Ecosystem Solution Manager to join our global Software Ecosystem and Lenovo AI Innovators team. This multi-functional, high-impact role focuses on enabling enterprise AI partners and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies in collaboration with Lenovo’s strategic ecosystem. You will work across our AI Solutions, Product, Channel, and Partner organizations to bring new AI solutions to market and drive real-world results.
This role is a strategic position. It is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and brings substantial experience with GTM execution in enterprise IT, channel sales, or the partner ecosystem. You will be the principal owner of the Lenovo collaboration with selected ISVs globally , manage a prioritized portfolio of ISV relationships, own GTM planning and performance, and ensure operational success from onboarding through customer traction.
This role will require both critical thinking and the ability to deliver across multi-functional teams, both internal and external. We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates practicality and the ability to be highly focused on identifying opportunities and engaging in long-term deliverables.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of experience in go-to-market execution, partnerships, or ecosystem enablement

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in enterprise IT, channel sales, OEMs, or distribution partners
  • Familiarity with AI solutions, software innovation, or enterprise infrastructure
  • Strong track record of supporting or leading GTM initiatives with partners (e.g., co-selling, messaging, launch planning)
  • Confidently managing multiple projects and stakeholders across global teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present clearly to internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly organized, data-informed, and results-driven
  • Flexible, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-changing, high-growth environment

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary relationship lead for a prioritized set of AI ISVs during solution development and go-to-market execution
  • Lead and manage end-to-end GTM plans, from onboarding through to customer wins, co-selling programs, and campaign activation
  • Coordinate cross-functionally across Lenovo’s AI, software ecosystem, and regional/channel sales teams to ensure aligned and scalable execution
  • Own and execute ISV prioritization strategies, in partnership with strategic internal stakeholders
  • Support the development of GTM materials, enablement tools, partner marketing assets, and sales alignment content
  • Track and report on partner performance using clear KPIs tied to activation, pipeline contribution, and ecosystem impact
  • Continuously analyze, improve, and streamline ISV onboarding, engagement, and GTM processes
